Supply of Vinyl Film along with Pre-Spacer Tape for Complete Lettering Outside (Color: Cobal t Blue as per RAL 5013, Golden Yellow, White, Signal Red & Black ) in roll size of 2 x 150 feet s per Specifica tion MDTS-156 Rev-07 on the exterior of Passenger EMU Coaches of Western Railway. Refer Annexure-A for quantities of each colour. NOTE - 1) Self adhesive Vinyl Film shall be procured from the manufacture/OEM w ho has got direct presence in India with their in-house testing facilities. 2) Tender specific authorization fro m OEM shall be provided at the time of bidding. 3) Clause wise compliance to RCF specification MDTS 156 REV 7 (Latest Revision) shall be provided at the time of tender bid.
