"NS Item for Fabrication of RH Girder Fabrication and supply of R.H. Steel Bridge Girder and its components as per RDSO/Railway approved drawing and assembling with HFSG Bolt of as per site requirement as directed by engineer in charge. The rate includes supply of steel, ï¬llet OR Butt welding post, weld treatment, steel drifts, shop welding, shop riveting, jigs ï¬xtures, testing of weld by NDT/Radiography OR any speciï¬ed method including painting /Oiling/metalizing etc complete. The work includes transportation of fabricated Girder components from contractors work shop to the bridge site including loading/unloading with contractors own labour, materials, tools, plants, machinery, scaffolding etc with all lead, lift, descent crossing of obstruction etc. including all taxes, Royalties etc. complete in all respect and as directed by engineer in charge. The rate inclusive of the transportation including unloading at bridge site and placing/stacking the fabricated steel girder from fabrication work shop to bridge site with contractors own trailers, trucks, cranes, labour and plants etc. All lead and lift and all type of taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be payable other than the rate accepted. The unloading and stacking work at the bridge site is to be done as per direction of engineer in charge."
