Notice Inviting Tender (NIT): General Manager, Ordnance factory Muradnagar on behalf of the President of India invites quotations (to be electronically submitted) in two bid system (Technical bid & Price Bid) from eligible enlisted contractors with OFM (for Civil Works), eligible enlisted/unenlisted Civil contractors working with Govt. departments who have successfully executed civil works in last 7 years and meet the eligibility criteria given below for the under mentioned work. 01) Estimate cost is based on MES SSR 2020. 02) Contractors have to submit the EMD of amount Rs 60, 000.00 in favour of “Ordnance Factory Muradnagar-A Unit of Yantra India Limited” which must reach physically on or before bid submission closing date at (EO CIVIL SECTION) OFM and upload the same in e-procurement portal otherwise their bid will be disqualified. 03) GM Ordnance factory, Muradnagar reserves the right of rejection and accepting any or all the applications without assigning any reason whatsoever and also reserves the right to change the date of opening of tender at his discretion. 04) O.F Muradnagar shall not be responsible for non-receipt/late receipt/ loss of application/EMD/Tender document in postal transit. 05) In case of any dispute, the decision of GM Ordnance Factory Muradnagar shall be final and binding. 06) Conditions of IAFW 2162 also apply. 07) The contractor must enclose necessary self-attes...
