Preparation and Submission of following Items after conducting necessary Survey and Geotechnical investigation at the proposed Site i.e., At Aluva Railway Station: 1. Preparation of Master Plan showing Station & other facilities (top point to top point with Railway land boundaries) 2. Conducting Geotechnical investigations & Submission of soil reports, 3. Various plans of (i) Station Approach Roads, (ii)Parking Area, (iii)Circulating Area with levels, (iv)Divyangjan facilities (v)Comprehensive Drainage plan with levels (including yards) (vi) Signage Plans (vii)MEP plans (viii)Traffic flow plan, (ix)Seating arrangement plans in Platforms & Waiting Halls & (x) Divyangjan Route Plan. 4. Preparation of GAD and Structural drawings (Design as per BIS) for (i)Entrance Arches, (ii) Portico, (iii)AC Waiting Hall & VIP Lounge (as applicable), (iv)New Station Buildings in Second Entry, (v) Multi-level parking, (vi) Extension of existing FOB & New Steel Foot Over Bridge (FOB) 6m wide & (vii) Additions/Alterations in various Service rooms of the existing Station buildings. 5. Architectural Drawings pertaining to Station Main Entrance Front Facade (including 3D view) & Walk- in-Videos. 6. Structural Drawings pertaining to Station Main Entrance Front Facade 7. Submission of Detailed Estimate & Tender Schedule: for Civil Works, Electrical Works, S&T Works & TRD Works. (Note: The above said work has to be carried out as per the provisions detailed in the Request For Proposal (RFP) enclosed herewith for reference.)
