Tenders Are Invited For Upgrade, Supply, Installation, Support, Annual Maintenance And Buy-Back Of Video Conferencing System In Aic, The Bidder Should Supply Latest Generation 4K Or Higher Version Vc Devices With Touch Controller With Buy Back Of Mcu And Polycom Group 500 Codec, Which Should Seamlessly Work With Existing Cameras, Display Units And Speaker & Mike System At AIC Locations In Video Conferencing Solution. Then, The Bidder Should Cover Existing Cameras Eeiv4x 12x And Other Vc Solution Equipment Under AMC ATS For 3 Years. If Existing Camera EEIV4x 12x And Other Vc Solution Equipment Are Declared End Of Support Life Within 3 Years, The Bidder Has To Replace The Same Without Additional Cost To Aic.
