Tenders are invited for Works for Coastal Protection under Maharashtra Sustainable Climate Resilient Coastal Protection Management Project Technical bids shall be opened publicly online on the same day at 17:15 hours in the office of the Dy. Director (Technical), Project Monitoring Unit, Maharashtra Maritime Board (MMB), Indian Mercantile Chamber, 2nd Floor, Ramjibhai Kamani Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400001 Telephone - 022-22694475 in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. The “Price Bid” shall remain unopened in the e-procurement system until the public bid opening for the price bid. Any bid or modification to bid (including discount) received outside eprocurement system will not be considered. 8. A pre-bid meeting shall take place at the following date, time, and location: Date: 3 April 2024 Time: 14:00 hours Location: Conference Hall, Maharashtra Maritime Board, 2nd Floor, Ramjibhai Kamani Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-400001 Telephone: 022-22694475 • Bidders are advised to either attend the pre-bid meeting or to submit their queries to Dy. Bidders interested to attend virtual pre-bid meeting should inform to the Employer through email to sudhirhmmb@gmail.com. • Such interested Bidder should convey their details including name of Bidder, mobile phone number and mail ID to connect them before 3 April 2024 at 12:00 hours. 9.
