See Appendix F-Deliverables for specifications. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for a Term of three (3) years. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
