E381-00 RCH Laboratory Auto-Line Replacement Project - DA 10073 (SoW)

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to increase the existing consulting contact with HSM Consulting Ltd. for the Royal Columbian Hospital Lab Autoline Replacement project (E381-00).
The work completed to date amounts to $72, 120.00, with an additional contract fee of $18, 000.00 requested. The maximum contract value is $90, 120.00, excluding tax. FH has opted not to undergo a public tendering process and instead has chosen to negotiate the proposed contract extension for the following reasons:
• HSM Consulting Ltd. is currently the Project Manager of record for the Project.
• HSM Consulting Ltd. has extensive knowledge of the Royal Columbian Hospital Lab Autoline Replacement project and is currently executing the work.
• HSM Consulting Ltd. is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
• HSM Consulting Ltd. has professional liability insurance coverage.
Consultants that wish to challenge this decision are to email the undersigned by April 6, 2025 - 15:00 hours local time.
