Description: The main objective of this public proposal is to contract the Surgical Interventions Service for Cervical Cancer Surgery and Ovarian Cancer, aimed at the resolution of GES and paci patients.Waiting List entities that are awaiting diagnostic surgery for suspected ovarian cancer, or awaiting surgical treatment for pre-invasive and invasive cervical cancer, which cannot be resolved in the institutional pavilion within the legal term. Such interventions will be rcarried out in premises of the Establishment, and outside institutional hours, to beneficiary patients of the FONASA National Health Fund, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1. The respective contract isIt will be subject to the provisions of Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18, 417, in this sense, the Provider of Health Actions will be obliged to provide on behalf of and in the name of the Hospital, and by means of1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997the delegation, as required by inc. 1 of art. 2 of DFL 3680 to the Beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of Law No. 18, 469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or rehabilitation of health that are tendered by this act.
