III. Objective:
The objective of this TOR is to seek a highly qualified third-party provider to perform the following tasks:
1. host the mobile and web-based Payong Application;
2. improve/update features for the App;
3. maintain the existing application and domain name;
4. maintain plugins of the platform; and,
5. provide technical support for the duration of the contract.
IV. Payong Application Current Specification
a. Theme Development
The PAYONG APP was developed using a combination of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Django and SQL Technologies. Tools for specific cases are as follows:
a) Frontend - HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap
b) Backend Server - AWS
c) Database - AWS MySQL RDS
d) Mobile Platform - React Native
e) Blockchain - Hyperledger Fabric
