The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (P1, 910, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the 1 LOT SUBSCRIPTION OF INTEGRATED SERVICES DIGITAL NETWORK (ISDN) AND LEASE OF PUBLIC AUTOMATIC BRANCH ExCHANGE (PABx) FOR 12 MONTHS AS PER PR NO. 25-01-0016 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twelve (12) Months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
