The City of Dumaguete thru its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites all interested manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and/or distributors to apply for eligibility and to submit BIDS for the SUPPLY of:
1. 1000 bottles Iron Syrup Caramel Flavor 60 ml bottle, p22, 500.00
2. 1500 bottles Iron Drops Caramel Flavor 15 ml bottle, p32, 250.00
Purpose: Micronutrient supplement for children to be distributed in different Barangays
Note: All Supplies preferably two (2) years before expiration and should be replaced three (3) months prior to expiration
Note: Non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php100.00
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: Php54, 750.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
