Turku Energia (later the Client) has made an investment decision to build an Electric Boiler Plant in Turku. For this project, we are requesting your offer for a 110kV transformer in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The project will be implemented through an open tender in accordance with the Special Fields Procurement Act 1398/2016procedure. SWECO Industry Oy (later Sweco), which is part of the Swedish Sweco group, is an internationally operating technical expert company that offers high-level and professional consulting services at home and abroad. Sweco acts as an EPCM consultant in the implementation of the project. Btenders are carried out by Sweco, but the orders are finally signed by the Customer. The procurement includes 1 pc 110kV/20kV 63MVA transformer as a fully functional unit according to the attached attachments. The scope of delivery and the necessary documents are described in more detail in the technical specificationcough. Later, the term "Delivery" is used. The offer must include equipment design, procurement, materials, manufacturing and delivery of equipment, components and documents, quality assurance, checks, testing, packaging, packaging labeling and transportation. Plus deliveryn must contain, where applicable, product and spare part information, individualized to the component level. Those manufacturers of main devices / components that are not the Bidder's own production must be mentioned in the bid.
