Falkenbergh0je is an ambitious public housing project that will help pave the way for the sustainable housing of the future. With a focus on community, sustainability, energy efficiency and a ground-breaking low CO2 footprint, Falkenbergh0je must help set new standards.
The project includer development and construction of 33 terraced houses and a shared house, a total of 3430 m2 on a scenic plot in Alsgarde. The buildings are designed in prefabricated room modules with widespread use of biogenic materials.
Falkenbergh0je is part of the ambitious initiative 'Housing from 4 to 1 planet, ' steadilyted by Realdania and Villumfonden, which supports the development of housing projects that aim to reduce the climate footprint by 75% compared to conventional new construction, corresponding to only 2.5 kg CO2/m2/year.
Lejerbo already has Arkitema attached to the project as a total consultant with Cowi as belowconsultant.
