Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the construction of East Ivanhoe Preschool playground and landscaping at 1 King Street, Ivanhoe East VIC 3079.An overview of the East Ivanhoe Preschool playground and landscaping works includes but is not limited to:• Demolition works of the existing playground;• Construction of a new playground and landscaping around the site; and• Site clean-up.In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions. Contractors will have the opportunity to visit the site with the Project Engineer present on Monday 5 August 2024 at 10:00am. Please note the site/building is currently under construction and all tenders must have closed footwear and a high visibility jacket.
