Purchase of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies (Dengue NSI Antigen Test and Dengue IgG/Igm NSI Duo) for use of Provincial Health Office - Vector-Borne Disease Prevention and Control Program

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (P 1, 104, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
