Council is seeking tenders from interested Architects, with a view to appointing a panel of consultants who can provide architectural design services for various building projects up to a value of $3million. It is intended to appoint up to 5 architects to the panel.Projects will vary in nature and value and will include design of new buildings, additions and alterations to existing buildings, such as sporting pavilions, childcare centres, Council offices and depots, and other miscellaneous Council buildings.Services required will include preparation of concept and detailed architectural designs, specifications and construction drawings, engagement/coordination of other consultants including structural, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, civil design, access consultants, quantity surveying, building surveyor and landscape design, contract/project management and consultation activities. All submissions should demonstrate your experience in undertaking projects as described above particularly for local government.
