Banyule City Council proposes to engage a Lead Design Consultant for the design to upgrade Watermarc and 1 Flintoff as a combined electrified precinct. The successful consultant will be appropriately experienced and resourced to undertake the design for the electrification of WaterMarc & 1 Flintoff Offices located at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough.The project involves the design for the electrification of WaterMarc & 1 Flintoff Offices in accordance with the design brief. An overview of the works required includes but is not limited to:• Investigate local transformer capacity. • Structural assessment of plantroom and platform present at roof.• Electrical loading study of precinct (Watermarc and 1 Flintoff offices). • Detailed design for electrification work.• Specification development and contract documentation.• Construction contract administration.
