IntroductionThis is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.

PurposeThe National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed priced purchase order on a sole source basis with ADvR, Inc., located at 31948 Frontage Rd, Bozeman, MT 59715. The purchase order will specifically procure an entangled single photon source (EPS) that is fully fiber coupled and timing compensated and works at a wavelength of 1560 nm fully meeting the technical specifications described below. The 1560 nm EPS shall be delivered within 14 weeks After Receipt of an Order (ARO).
