The new Technical University of Nuremberg (UTN) will be built on a site in the south of Nuremberg. As part of an innovative, future-oriented energy supply, a parking garage with 163 parking spaces will be created as part of the development measure (EM1). A general planning team should be responsible for the implementationbe commissioned for LPH 2 to 9. The services are: building planning (including facade planning), structural planning, technical equipment HLS and technical equipment excluding focal station).
The new Technical University of Nuremberg will be built on an approximately 37 hectare site.The 1st development stage includes the development measure (EM1) and the 5 foundation buildings (GGB), each of which is divided into several partial construction measures.
The EM1 ensures the infrastructural and supply-related functionality of the GGB.
The3. Partial construction measure of the development measureshme includes the construction of a new parking garage with a total of 163 parking spaces.
The Erlangen-Nuremberg State Building Authority intends to commission a general planner for the structural work on the parking garage. Services include in particular: feasibility study/test design, project documentation, functiona service description with a service program, support of the award procedure and quality assurance for the support of the general contractor.
