Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of tests for microbiological molecular diagnostics along with the lease of an apparatus for automatic performance of RT-PCR tests for UCK, with parameters, range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 4 and 5 to the SWZ.
2. The ordered assortment under both Packages must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
3. The leased apparatus, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet:limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
4. The leased equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning.
5. In casefor the use in the documentation regarding the procedure in question, terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are exemplary, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - not indicativerefer to a specific product or manufacturer. The contractor offering an item equivalent to that described in the specification is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters, which must be at a level not lower than the parameters indicated...
