Quotation are invited for 18 Months Supply Agreement of Iron Sulphide Dissolver for Effluent Water Treatment & Injection Plant Ef 1761, Nk

1. Bid Bond:
Each Offer must be Accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee Equal to Kd 50, 000.000, in Favor
Of the Kuwait Oil Company and Valid for 90 Davs Validity Period of the Tender, Issued in the
Form of Letter of Guarantee by Any Approved Local Bank. The Tenderer shall Duly Fill in and
Complete Attachment 11 to the Form of Tender.
2. Performance Bond:
The Successful Tenderer shall Submit a Performance Letter of Guarantee to the Value of 10% of
His Bid. The Performance Bond shall be Valid for the Quoted Delivery Period plus 21 Months.
The Performance Bond shall be Worded Generally in Accordance with the Specimen Annexed to
The Tender as Anncxurc D.
