Request for Quote for the “Annual Maintenance Contact (AMC) services for Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, and Playground at Consul General-s Residence (CGR)” for the period of One-year effective September 2024 in Chennai, as per Specification provided herewith.
The U.S. Consulate General, Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation to provide the “AMC Services for the Swimming Pool, Tennis Court & Playground at Consul General-s Residence (CGR)” for the period of One-year, effective Sep 2024, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all the work as required in the solicitation documents. Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. Kindly refer all attachments (including Mandatory documents) closely before submitting your quote.

Deadline to submit technical queries: Thursday, September 05, 2024, by noon (IST) to EscobarTA@state.gov with cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 05:00 p.m. (IST) to EscobarTA@state.gov with cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov This Solicitation is mainly intended for local vendors, as it involves day to day maintenance and vendor-s participation in the site inspection is mandatory.
