Description : The awarded Contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform annual maintenance and inspection service for three (3) York YK chillers and their Variable Speed Drive (VSD) and provide as-needed technical and repair services to the three (3) York YK chillers at the Department of Motor Vehicles, Central Utility Plant (CUP). The DMV does not guarantee a minimum or maximum use of the hours for the as-needed technical and repair services for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement.
