Description : This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Castlegar (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for a Municipal Budget Planning and Reporting Software. The City is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive public sector budgeting software solution. The software product should include installation, configuration, training, upgrades, maintenance, and integration with Vadim - iCity ERP software. The software must include City personnel, operations, capital and project budgeting, as well as performance-based modules.
