The province of Groningen is organizing a tender to contract a company for the realization of the work Noregret Measures Blauwe Roos in Winschoten '. The work globally the construction of a double -lane roundabout at the current Blauwe Roos roundabout complex with two bypasses and several pre -sorting sections, reconstructing the current "Beertster roundabout" into the new rose leaf round with two bypasses. The installation of middle conductors, the re -development and maintenance of the traffic bridge over the A7 and the extension of the current bicycle tunnel for the future to be installed bypasses.
