2023-0429, pollutant remediation and demolition, renovation of Opladen Festival Hall, Peter-Neuenheuser-Str. 7 (Opladener Platz), 51379 Leverkusen

General:

The Opladen Festival Hall, part of the District Administrator Lucas High School, is undergoing extensive renovation. The renovation includesthe building shell as well as the complete stage technology including the building technical equipment. The last comprehensive renovation took place in 1991/1992 (TGA) and in the 2000s and 2020s (window systems and pollutant removal of asbestos-containing wall plasters and floor coverings). The work will be carried out inSections as shown in the construction schedule (Appendix 04 draft). The first phase is the dismantling of the basement with all of the building services. In the 2nd section, dismantling of the upper floors of the ballroom, foyer, etc. and roof dismantling (smoke vents, dry coolers) are carried out.
