REQUEST FOR ExPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR
PLANTING AND LANDSCAPING
SAFE AND GREEN GAMES
The 2023 Pacific Games has a mandate to undertake environmental initiatives as part of the delivery of the Pacific Games.
The Prime Minister has announced the Safe and Green Games which will be launched March 03 2023.
This EOI will address the planting of up to 6000 trees and plants over the eight months leading up to the 2023 Pacific Games in the greater Honiara region.
This will include beautification of key roundabouts in the City.
The Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet PG2023 and the National Hosting Authority now invites expressions of interests from qualified companies/agencies on their capacities and experience to undertake this work.
This expression of interest shall be used to qualify prospective companies and award contracts based on submissions and negotiated scope.
SCOPE
Provision of established plants and trees
Supply of planting material
Landscaping including design, planting and minor cement and timber and electrical works.
Possible artistic work to design elements for Roundabout programming.
