The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2024 intends to apply the total sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 2, 397, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of “GENERAL OVERHAULING AND RECONDITIONING OF SKIFF BOAT ENGINE OF DA-BFAR RESEARCH VESSEL” with Bid Reference No. 2024-87. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
