Contract duration: The project shall be delivered/completed and implemented within a total of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, from execution of contract to issuance of certificate of final acceptance of the project.



Brief Description: Design, supply, delivery, installation, fit-out, testing, and commissioning of supervisory control data acquisition (SCADA) system to General Santos City Water District.



The General Santos City Water District (GSCWD) shall evaluate bids of the short-listed consultant/s using the Quality-Cost Based Evaluation (QCBE) procedure. The GSCWD shall use a weighted scoring system of 40% for the Firm Experience and Capability, 40% for the Personnel Competence for Deployment, and 20% for the Financial bid. The criteria for the evaluation of bids shall be provided in the revised Bidding Documents.
