1. The Municipality of Silang, through Local School Board (Highschool) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and Forty-Four Centavos Only (Php 932, 575.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Main Gate at Munting Ilog INHS at Barangay Munting Ilog, Silang, Cavite -Public Bidding NO. 2024-1, 406. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Silang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days.
