I. Overview
The Credit Information Corporation (CIC) is mandated to collect and aggregate Borrower-s credit data to establish the creditworthiness of borrowers. Helpdesk and ticketing systems, productivity tools, and online collaboration applications play an important role in communication, messaging, maintaining customers, and managing customer support.
