Invitation to Bid for the CY 2024 LAST MILE SCHOOLS

1. The DepED Cebu Province, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 - Last Mile Schools (LMS) Program, intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Three Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (P53, 212, 646.14) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2024 LMS-DepED-R7-Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DepED Cebu Province now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
