The University would like to procure fully automated, integrated cage processing system. Equipment Information Heavy duty, large capacity hydro spray continuously operated conveyed washer designed for automatic, thorough, ergonomic, and efficient washing, rinsing, and drying of cages, allergen lids and transport trolleys used in the animal care laboratory. Full integration with the bedding transport systems (dirty and clean bedding) all components controlled by 1 software with 1 user interface to control all components of the integrated system System should include the following components: floor-mounted chain conveyors tunnel washer that can provide adequate heating capacity for washing module to accomplish thermal disinfection of the load (temperature tapes turning required) must provide extra drying capacity for high throughput (conveyer) and integrated bedding dispensing requirements.
