If you experience difficultiesin accessing the RFP documents after having registered and expressed interest, please send an email to: unitaid-proc@who.int.Objective of the consultancy:The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify qualified experts to conduct analysis of institutional capacity ("capacity assessment") of organizations entering in the Grant Agreement Development (GAD) process with Unitaid.Qualification of Firm and Consultants:The EVA team members should have demonstrated expertise and prior experience in:Essential: Demonstrated experience in conducting similar capacity assessments for implementers of donor-funded projects in the areas of project and financial management, financial systems, risk assessment, data systems, reporting capacity, monitoring and evaluation, procurement and supply management.Desirable: 1. Experience identifying potential challenges with respect to intellectualproperty2. Experience identifying potential challenges with respect to equitable access of health products3. Experience identifying potential challenges with respect to the sharing of data generated by the Project4. Experience identifying potential challenges with respect to market shaping/supply intervention5. Experience identifying potential challenges with respect to community and civil society engagement6. Experience assessing donor-funded projects on capacity in the area of organizational governance7. Demonstrated understanding of National Malaria Control Programme strategic planning andpolicy development in several country contexts (especially in sub-Saharan Africa)8. Familiarity with Malaria prevention and vector control methodologies in high-burden regionsProposals must be submitted to unitaid-proc@who.int no later than 17:00 hours Geneva time on 26 March 2024.
