1. The Provincial Government of Albay-Bids and Awards Committee (PGA-BAC), through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 499, 985.23 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025(I)-014 Construction of Vegetable Bagsakan Stall at POVES, Brgy. Buang, Tabaco City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PGA-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
