The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this Contract in accordance with R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a Contractor must meet the following major requirements (a) Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB license for Size Small B and up, (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC.

The DPWH will use non-discretionary -œpass/fail criteria in the eligibility check, preliminary examination of bids, evaluation of bids, post-qualification, and award.

Bidders shall pay the BAC an applicable fee of fifty thousand pesos (Php 50, 000.00) for Project no. 1, twenty five thousand pesos (Php 25, 000.00) for Project no. 2, ten thousand pesos (Php 10, 000.00) for Project no. 3 and five thousand pesos (Php 5, 000.00) for Project no. 4 for the Bidding Documents, upon securing hard copies of the Documents.
