Description : Direktoratet for strålevern og atomsikkerhet [the Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority] will carry out procurement for a subsea gammaspectroscopy detector system.
In order for the Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority to carry out undersea gamma spectroscopy for a number of operations scenarios that cover environmental monitoring for emergency preparedness, we require an underwater detector system that can be used in three different modes;
Live streaming of data via a cable to a surface current/data station
Deployed by an ROV with live streaming of data and electricity delivery by ROV.
Fully autonomous for electricity and data under different deployment methods, where data will be downloaded from the detector when the equipment comes to the surface of the water.
