21C912 Design And Construction Of The Truro Bypass Project - (Eoi)
Description :
Description The Australian and South Australian governments have committed $202 million to fund the design and construction of a bypass at Truro which will divert heavy traffic along the Sturt Highway out of Truro-s main street, improving safety and amenity, as well as freight efficiency.
The project consists of approximately 14 kilometres of realignment and upgrade to the Sturt Highway within the vicinity of Truro township approximately 80 Kilometres north-east of Adelaide.
On behalf of the State Government, the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) is responsible for delivering the Project, and has determined that an Alliancing contracting framework is the most appropriate model to deliver this Project.
To select a suitably experienced and qualified Consortium to work with the Department to deliver the Project, the Department will be conducting a four-stage procurement process as follows:
Stage 1 Registration of Interest (ROI) phase;
Stage 2 Expression of Interest (EOI) phase;
Stage 3 Request for Proposal (RFP) phase; and
Stage 4 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) / Target Outturn Cost (TOC) development phase.
