Description :
Description The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced and prequalified organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Design and Construction of the Tram Grade Separation Projects, Contract No. 22C141.
The contract proposes to incorporate a series of sub-projects including the Marion Road and Cross Road Tram Grade Separations and the South Road Tram Overpass Upgrade, with provision to include the Morphett Road Tram Grade Separation subject to funding approval.
On behalf of the State Government, the Department is responsible for delivering the Project, and has determined that an Alliancing contracting framework is the most appropriate model to deliver this Project.
To select a suitably experienced and qualified Consortium to work with the Department to deliver the Project, the Department will be conducting a four-stage procurement process as follows:
Stage 1 Registration of Interest (ROI) phase;
Stage 2 Expression of Interest (EOI) phase;
Stage 3 Request for Proposal (RFP) / Target Outturn Cost (TOC) phase; and
Stage 4 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase.
