On a daily basis, the City of Greater Dandenong Council uses optical fibre as a high-speed communication backhaul interconnecting multiple sites over the last 3 years with TPG (existing provider). The dark fibre contract is due for renewal shortly, the council is to retender the dark fibre contract (3 years + optional 1 + 1). Council's dark fibre network connection is mostly comprised of a fibre ring with two point-to-point connections (see below for further details).This submission requests the contract pricing for all sites (attached excel spreadsheet) and a map of the fibre path.Please Note: - All tender applicants must complete the attached spreadsheet, the council reserves the right to reject any submission.- If the submissions exceed council allocated budget, the council may elect to not proceed with any of the submissions.
