IT primarily supports the employees of the parliamentary services and the council members as well as the employees of the parliamentary group secretariats within the framework of the parliamentary mandate. The aim of this tender is to evaluate three technically experienced contractors, who and their specialists can provide IT services in the service desk area for the parliamentary services. Brief description ICT support specialists Support users and maintain applications, workplace systems and their software, and receive fault reportsn of all kinds, developing requirements for ICT solutions and coordinating/monitoring testing activities.
