The computer science heavily supports the employees of the parliamentary services and the council members as well as the employees of the parliamentary group secretariats as part of the parliamentary mandate. With the present advertisement, three technically experienced contractors are to be evaluated who can provide IT services in the area of service desk with their specialists for parliamentary services. Of all kinds of fault reports, elaboration of requirements for ICT solutions and coordinates/monitor test activities. There are a total of two people to offer. One person should be used for the "Provision of hardware" profile and a person for the "Support" profile.
