Description of the order

On behalf of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, the SBL Rostock is planning the repair of building 41 in the Rostock Warnowwerft naval arsenal. This is a military property. The task at hand is the energy-efficient renovation of the buildings in accordance with the federal government's energy efficiency specifications for climate-neutral new buildings and extensions and building renovations (EEFB). The standard must correspond to at least EGB 55.

Building 41, which does not have a basement, is located on the Warnowwerft site, in the Rostock naval arsenaland was rebuilt in 1995 as an office and social building for 330 commercial workers. The main use of the building includes changing, washing and toilet facilities.
