The University invites proposals from qualified Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to provide comprehensive travel management services. The selected TMC will play a pivotal role in streamlining our travel processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable travel arrangements for our staff, faculty, and students. The scope of services is divided into two primary phases: Phase 1: Offline Travel Management Services; Phase 2: Implementation of Concur Travel & Expense Travel Tool and Transition to Online Management. This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a Framework Agreement, fixed at two (2) years, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain a Contracting Party, without reopening of competition, known for its expertise in comprehensive travel management services and Concur Travel & Expense integration, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel booking, policy compliance, and expense management system for the academic community.
