Asylum seekers have access to advice about the asylum procedure during their stay in the federal center (Art. 102F ff. Asylg). The advice includes, in particular, informing asylum seekers about rights and obligations in the asylum procedure. In addition, every asylum seeker becomes a personn From the beginning of the preparation phase, legal representation is assigned for the initial interview and for the further asylum procedure. The Sem commissions two or more service providers to carry out these tasks (see Art 102F Paragraph 2 Asylg).
