The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office (T2DEO), through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of PhP 48, 999, 848.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24CK0107 - Improvement of Road along Concepcion - Capas Road, Capas, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
