1. The DPWH-Marinduque District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 98, 993, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24EA0081 - Construction of Balanacan Coastal Road, Mogpog, Marinduque (Package 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
