1. The DPWH Negros Occidental 1st District Engineering Office through the the FY 2024 GAA-DPWH Infrastructure Program intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 949, 999.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Bridge connecting Barangay Daga and Barangay Luna, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
