Procurement of Engineering Design Software for Benguet 1st District Engineering Office - Planning and Design Section

1. The Benguet First District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 5, 000, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Engineering Design Software for Benguet 1st District Engineering Office - Planning and Design Section, 24GPE0024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Benguet First District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
